When I enter my name and password and try to logon nothing happens! Your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc) must have cookies enabled. In Internet Explorer you can change the settings in Tools>Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab and click the Sites button to add WMC to the list of safe sites.
I've forgotten my password, or was never given one. On the logon screen click "I've forgotten my password". You will be prompted to enter your name, and your password will be sent to your registered email address. If you still get problems, email the web-master.
How do I change my password? Everybody is issued a password by the Web Master. If you don't like the password (maybe it reminds you of a girlfriend who jilted you when you were sixteen), you can get another on request.
I'm having trouble printing the Rehearsal Schedule Near the top of the Rehearsal Schedule page is a link saying "Open full-screen printable copy". If you click it you will get a new window with just the document. It should have more buttons which let you print it.
I don't seem to be getting any choir emails Click the "My Details" option and ensure that the website has your correct email address. If you make an update, it may take a day or so to take effect.
I can't send emails to the whole choir You have two options: (1) Go to the menu "Email the Choir" and click the link allmembers@wessexmalechoir.co.uk. Your default email program should start automatically for you to write an email. (2) Add allmembers@wessexmalechoir.co.uk to your personal email address book and use it from within your email program.
Why do I sometimes have to enter my password when just navigating to a new page? There is a session timeout if you do not click on any page after about half an hour. Sorry.
